Certified Nurse Aide - Living Center
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will provide essential support to residents in a long-term care environment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Duties:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Assist with mobility and transportation of patients using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Support patients with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities or dementia.
Participate in training sessions and continuing education to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred; long-term care experience is a plus.
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
Proficiency in using EMR systems such as Point Click Care is highly desirable.
Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) techniques and aseptic techniques.
Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics or individuals with disabilities.
Strong understanding of patient care principles in various environments: long-term care, hospice care, memory care, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.

We are currently seeking 1 full-time aide, and 2 part-time aides for the overnight shift.
