2024 Scholarships


St. Luke Hospital and Living Center and Auxiliary are pleased to announce the St. Luke Healthcare Scholarships for 2024. This year, the Hospital and Auxiliary will be offering two $1,500 scholarships.

The application is also available HERE or at the Main Lobby Registration Desk at St. Luke Hospital, 535 S. Freeborn in Marion.

Important Information


Residency Requirement: Applicants must reside within the tax district of Hospital District No. 1, Marion County, Kansas. A description of the townships included in the District are listed in the application.
Applicants may be high school seniors who will graduate in Spring 2024 or current community college, technical college, or junior college students.
Applicants must be pursuing a healthcare or health-related academic major.

The deadline for submitting the application, either by mail or hand delivery to St. Luke Hospital (Att’n Director of Marketing) is 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 5. Our Main Lobby doors close promptly at 5:00 p.m. Mailed applications received after April 5 will not be considered. Emailed applications will not be accepted.

Applications may be hand delivered to the Registration Area inside the Main Lobby at St. Luke Hospital, 535 S. Freeborn. Please enclose in an envelope marked “St. Luke Scholarship Application, Att’n Director of Marketing”.

Applicants’ permanent residence must be within the St. Luke (Hospital District No. 1, Marion County, Kansas) tax district. HERE is a map. FYI, Nighthawk Rd. is the west boundary in Gale, Wilson, and Catlin Townships.
